Data Analyst (Dubai)

Our associate is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Russian speaking Data Analyst to support the commercial, finance, and executive teams with revenue-focused insights. This role is responsible for analysing revenue trends, building and maintaining dashboards (primarily on Hexboards and / or Tableau), and delivering clear data narratives that support strategic decision-making across the organisation. The role reports to the CEO & CFO.

• Conduct regular and ad-hoc revenue performance analysis, identifying key trends, variances, and business opportunities.
• Maintain and continuously improve Hexboards and/or Tableau dashboards, ensuring accuracy, usability, and real-time insights for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Finance to deliver actionable data insights that improve business performance.
• Track KPIs including conversion rates, client lifetime value, retention metrics, and product usage metrics.
• Build automated reports to streamline business intelligence and reduce manual reporting cycles.
• Support data governance initiatives, ensuring data integrity and quality across reporting systems.
• Translate complex datasets into concise and visually engaging reports or presentations for executive stakeholders.
• Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot data inconsistencies or reporting gaps.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science).
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in a fintech, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
• Strong proficiency with Tableau and/or Hexboards, including dashboard creation and maintenance.
• Advanced skills in SQL, data querying, and data manipulation.
• Solid understanding of revenue metrics, financial KPIs, and business operations.
• Proficient in Excel, Python or R is a must.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, curious, and capable of working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
