Multimedia Designer

Our associate is seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Designer to join the team and bring creative ideas to life across various multimedia platforms. From social media graphics and videos to presentations and branding assets, this role will help shape the visual identity and engage audiences. A key focus will be on video production, from concept to final cut, creating dynamic, engaging content for marketing, social media, and internal use.

• Design and produce multimedia assets including static graphics, animations, videos, presentations, and motion graphics for digital platforms.
• Support end-to-end video production, from storyboarding and filming to editing and post-production.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create visually compelling campaigns and content.
• Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Edit and enhance video content for promotional, training, and social media purposes, ensuring high visual and audio quality.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, email templates, display banners and more.
• Support the UX/UI team in developing engaging visuals for web and mobile interfaces.
• Stay up to date with design trends and multimedia tools, industry best practices and bring fresh ideas to the team.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a multimedia or graphic design role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
• Experience in motion graphics, animation, and video production.
• Solid video editing skills and familiarity with audio editing workflows.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work.

Nice to Have:

• Working knowledge of Figma or similar design collaboration tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or experience working with developers.
• Experience with lighting setups, camera operation and on-site video production.
