In this role, you will lead the company’s expansion efforts, overseeing regulatory compliance, business development, and overall strategic direction. You will play a pivotal role in positioning Coinera as a leader in the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors while fostering a culture of innovation and regulatory adherence.

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute Coinera’s long-term vision, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and regulatory frameworks.
• Business Growth: Spearhead expansion efforts, identifying new market opportunities, partnerships, and product innovations within the fintech and crypto space.
• Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to global financial regulations, particularly in the cryptocurrency sector.
• Financial & Risk Management: Oversee financial planning, risk assessment, and investment strategies to drive sustainable business growth.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize business processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and security in all financial transactions and digital payment solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with investors, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
• Talent & Culture Development: Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, integrity, and customer-centricity.

• Experience: 5+  years of leadership experience in fintech, banking, payments, or cryptocurrency industries.
• Expertise: Strong understanding of digital finance, blockchain technology, and financial regulatory frameworks.
• Leadership: Proven track record in executive roles with a focus on business growth, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to engage with regulators, investors, and internal teams, driving consensus and action.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to navigate complex market dynamics and position Coinera as a leader in the fintech and crypto space.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with AML/CTF policies, financial compliance, and risk management principles.
• Location & Language: Must be based in the Czech Republic (citizen or resident) with native-level Czech language skills.
