-      Analyse payments data to identify patterns,trends, and anomalies.

-      Work closely with the technical team tounderstand system behaviour and optimise payment routing.

-      Utilise advanced data analysis tools andtechniques to extract meaningful insights.

-      Be proficient in Excel and other relevanttools to manipulate, analyse, and visualise data effectively.

-      Design and develop comprehensive dashboards tomonitor payments traffic and key performance indicators.

-      Ensure dashboards are user-friendly andprovide actionable insights for decision-making.

-      Generate regular reports summarising keyfindings and performance metrics.

-      Communicate insights to stakeholders in aclear and concise manner.

-      Collaborate with cross-functional teams tounderstand business requirements and align data analysis efforts with organisationalgoals.

-      Assist in the development of strategies toimprove payment processing efficiency.

-      Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).

-      Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the payments industry.

-      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

-      Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).

-      Experience in building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

-      Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.

-      Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

-      Familiarity with payments systems and transaction processing.

-      Knowledge of data security and compliance standards in the payments industry.

-      Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
